Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 6.0.1.

SPR# MIAS5EKQPN - This fix will more accurately search for a pid in the
pid.nbf.
The message and/or panic crash occurs becasue Domino is not terminating
normally and a system resource (semaphore) is removed from under Domino. The
issue is related to the uniqueness in the PID. More >
